About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Accountant with strong experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate must be skilled in QuickBooks, ADP, and Advanced Excel, with proven expertise in handling accounting operations during the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions for US staffing operations.
• Handle payroll processing in ADP and maintain accounts in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and MIS statements.
• Use Advanced Excel for reporting and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing industry accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of US Staffing industry experience (night shift mandatory).
• Hands-on expertise with QuickBooks, ADP, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices in the staffing sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in the night shift (US hours).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,050.39 - ₹63,945.68 per month
