Senior Accountant US Accounting Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant at Accounting Outsource Hub in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day accounting operations for US-based clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements, collaborating with international clients, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will also review the work of junior accountants and guide them professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations for US-based clients - Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc. - Perform Month-end & Year-end closing, adjusting entries, and financial review - Collaborate and communicate with international clients via email / Zoom meetings - Work on accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, etc. - Monitor internal controls and ensure accuracy & compliance with accounting standards - Provide support for tax preparation and audit requirements when required - Review junior accountants work and guide them professionally Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience (US Accounting preferred) - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce (M.Com, MBA Fin, CA-Inter preferred) - Strong command over US GAAP, reconciliations & financial reporting - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online / QB Desktop / Xero mandatory - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage deadlines, multitask & work independently - Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and client satisfaction Why Join Accounting Outsource Hub At Accounting Outsource Hub, you will enjoy a competitive and performance-based salary.
