Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Samrin Group is looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations and ensure strict regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for project wise cost accounting, RERA financial management, and high level tax filings. Key Responsibilities

• Taxation & Compliance: Manage and file monthly GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax. Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues.
• RERA Management: Prepare and maintain financial data for RERA Form 3 and quarterly portal updates. Ensure 70:30 escrow account compliance.
• Project Accounting: Maintain project-wise Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets. Track construction costs (WIP) and vendor payments.
• Finalization: Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory auditors for year-end audits.
• Banking: Handle banking operations, including bank reconciliations, LC/BG documentation, and coordination for construction finance.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports for the Director, focusing on cash flow projections and budget variances.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com/CA
• Software: Expert level proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (Advanced).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GST on construction, TDS, and RERA regulations.
• Software : Prior experience with Zoho or similar CRM software is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
