We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, perform financial analysis, calculate the incentives of the team, and assist in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
What will you do
- Calculate incentive reports, TDS deductions, tax deductions.
- Charge the customer for the service and create recurring invoices
- Calculating department wise ROI
- Manage salaries, PF ESIC, GST, TDS compliances, vendor payments
- Coordinate with the CA to assist in creating financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Make Tally Entries, conduct GST Calculations.
- Prepare Reconciliation of PL (Accrual v/s Cash) Month-on-Month basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Update KEY Metrics of the company on Daily basis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial processes and procedures.
- Making sure that the company is fully compliant from all the Legal perspective, including but not limited to GST, Professional Tax, PF ESIC, TDS, Returns etc.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant with 1 to 4 Years of experience.
- Numbers Oriented Person.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
