Job Description

HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – CA FIRM

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years (Non-negotiable)

Firm Type: Chartered Accountant Firm

Role Objective

We are onboarding a trained, execution-oriented accountant capable of independently handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance for multiple clients with minimal supervision.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

Tally (Latest Version) – Finalization, ledgers, GST integration
CompuOffice – Complete operational proficiency
TDS Compliance – Returns, challans, Form 16/16A, reconciliations
GST Working Knowledge – Returns support, data preparation, coordination
Client Handling – Routine coordination & documentation follow-ups
Accuracy & Timelines – Zero tolerance for compliance slippages

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day accounting and books finalisation
TDS computation, filing, corrections & compliance tracking
Support GST return data preparation and audit working
Maintain statutory registers and MIS support
Liaison with internal CA team for assessments & audits

Profile Fit

Prior experience in a CA firm is compulsory
Hands-on, delivery-focused, low hand-holding requirement
Strong understanding of compliance workflows and deadlines
Long-term intent preferred over short-term role switching
