We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage our accounting, taxation, and inventory compliance across multiple e-commerce and retail channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST filing, HSN summary preparation, annual returns, and experience handling inventory, negative stock adjustments, and reconciliations. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, input credits, and e-invoices Manage inventory reports, negative stock adjustments, and HSN summaries Handle TDS, income tax filings, and coordinate with auditors as required Prepare financial statements, P&L, and assist in budget planning Ensure compliance with all statutory accounting and tax regulations RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant accounting and tax experience Strong command of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books / QuickBooks Working knowledge of GST portal, e-way bills, and Excel Experience in inventory-based businesses (preferably retail or e-commerce) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter preferred) Preferred SkillsExperience managing multi-channel inventory (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Knowledge of export documentation and reconciliation Ability to work independently and meet filing deadlines
