About the Role:

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
Prepare and finalize accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Handle
GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI
returns and ensure timely filings and compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal accounting policies.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant departments for audit and compliance matters.
Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Monitor and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Excel
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, PF, PT & ESI
regulations
Excellent understanding of
financial reporting & statutory compliance
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
