Senior Accountant - Garment Export

Hiring: Senior Accountant – Garment Export Industry (Jaipur)

Key Requirements (include but not limited to):

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting for garment exports
• Complete working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Expertise in export-related accounting, including:
• Export documentation (shipping bills, remittances, BRC, etc.)
• GST filing, returns, and reconciliation (with export focus)
• Foreign currency transactions, realization, and bank coordination
• Knowledge of duty drawback, LUT/Bond, and refund processes
• Proficient in maintaining books of accounts, audits, and compliance
• Ability to handle internal and external audits independently
• Strong coordination with documentation, logistics, and bank teams
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy professional

Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts for export transactions in Tally Prime
• Ensure timely and accurate GST return filing and export documentation
• Handle foreign remittance entries, BRC tracking, and reconciliation
• Maintain books, ledgers, and export documentation records
• Coordinate with CA firms, customs agents, and bank officials
• Oversee audit readiness and financial reporting
