Job Summary:

Srisai Electroplating Automation Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting functions at our Korattur (Ambattur), Chennai location. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Tally ERP, GST/TDS filing, and financial reporting. Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting using Tally ERP
• Handle cash transactions, maintain the cash book, and perform regular cash reconciliation
• Generate and manage E-way bills
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time
• Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly filing
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Write professional emails for payment follow-ups and invoice clarifications
• Follow up with customers on pending payments and documents
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and assist in budgeting
• Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor ledgers

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience in cash handling and account reconciliation
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,975.45 - ₹30,866.37 per month
