Senior Accountant – CA Inter or CA Bacca Bucci | ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 a month | Full-time Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India About the Company Bacca Bucci is one of India’s most dynamic and fastest-growing D2C footwear brands, offering bold, high-quality products for the modern Indian consumer. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to lead core accounting functions and streamline compliance as we scale operations. Qualifications CA Inter with 4–5 years of experience OR Qualified CA with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience Strong command of Tally ERP (mandatory) Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Experience in GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ROC compliance Excellent skills in Excel , reconciliations, and report generation Experience handling inventory, e-commerce platforms , and marketplace reconciliations Leadership skills to guide and collaborate with junior accountants Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally Perform daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations , and ledger management Handle all statutory filings – GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC documentation Reconcile financials across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, etc.) Manage accounting for inventory, GRNs, debit notes , and stock movement Prepare monthly financial statements – P&L, balance sheet, cash flow Generate and present MIS reports to management Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits Supervise and collaborate with junior accounting staff Drive improvements in internal controls and finance processes Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week), Day shift Location: In-office (Gurgaon, Haryana) How to Apply: Submit your updated resume Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
