- You have been part of the 0-1 journey and understand multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Youhave a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quota in SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- You thrive in Hunter roles and can intuitively balance new business acquisition with expanding existing customer accounts.
- Experience in HR Tech or prior US market exposure is a strong plus.
What You'll Be Doing:- Prospecting & New Business: Drive end-to-end sales by fearlessly hunting and building pipeline in International markets.
- Account Expansion: Network within customer accounts, identify additional opportunities, and progress multi-level stakeholder relationships.
- Closing Deals: Own deals from qualification through demos, negotiations, and final close for SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
Sales Excellence:- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Conduct product demos and value-based presentations tailored to industries and executives.
- Maintain account activity documentation for complete visibility across the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Leverage internal teams (Marketing, BDRs, AEs) to accelerate sales cycles and mitigate risks.
- Provide feedback and insights to Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
- Pipeline Growth: Partner closely with BDRs and fellow AEs to accelerate International business expansion.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of proven SaaS Sales experience with International markets.
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling into SMB & Mid-Market customers across multiple geographies.
- Strong consultative selling skills, able to present complex solutions effectively at different org levels.
- Prior experience in HR Tech or the US SaaS market is a significant advantage.
