1.To Maintain Accounts .2. To Maintain Tax Compliance of the Company3. To Improve our Accounting systems4. To Monitor, Track and Supervise day to day account related activities5.To Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting informationEligibility Criteria :1. BCom Graduate and CA [ Advantage]2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accountancy, it is advantageous to have worked in an audit firm3. Good Command over English, Hindi and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Tamil/Telegu would be an added advantage4. Has Experience in Statutory Compliances i.e Direct and Indirect Taxes5. Must have a strong desire to learn and ability to adapt6. Ability to act competently when necessarilyKey Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:1.Month and end-year process2.Accounts payable/receivable3.Cash and Bank Books4.General ledger5.Payroll and utilities6.Statutory Compliance work: - GST 1, GSTR 2B reconcillation , GSTR 3B , GSTR 97. Organized maintenance of accounts8. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements9. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles10. Coordinate and complete annual audits11. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions12. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions13.
