Senior Academic Counselor (US Process)

Role Overview: As a Senior Academic Counsellor at Nextskilledge, you will be responsible for connecting with working professionals and senior learners interested in Doctorate-level programs. Your expertise in consultative sales, career guidance, and client relationship building will play a crucial role in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel mid-to-senior-level professionals for Doctorate/PhD/DBA programs through inbound and outbound channels. - Conduct personalized career consultations tailored to each learner's journey. - Convert leads into enrolments by following structured approaches and providing expert guidance. - Establish rapport by comprehending aspirations and matching them with suitable programs. - Maintain accurate records in CRM, meet monthly enrolment targets, and achieve revenue goals. Qualification Required: - 12 years of experience in academic counselling, with a preference for Doctorate/PG program sales. - Profound understanding of international education processes and online program delivery. - Demonstrated track record with US-based clients or global higher education markets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. - Bachelor's degree is a must; Master's degree is preferred.
