Senior Academic Counselor for College Admissions

As an Admission Counsellor at BoostMyTalent, your primary responsibility is to guide college aspirants through the higher education landscape by understanding their needs and offering expert advice. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to convert inquiries into sales while upholding customer trust and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conducting Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to prospective students interested in our services. - Needs Analysis: Engage in active listening to understand the student's academic background, interests, and career aspirations. - Counselling and Guidance: Provide information on UG and PG courses, colleges, and admission processes in India. - Solution Pitching: Articulate the value of BoostMyTalent's services tailored to address student needs. - Objection Handling: Overcome prospect objections related to cost, value, and service needs. - Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. - Collaboration: Work with identified colleges to assist students through the admission process. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of successful sales or counselling experience. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust over the phone. - Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students. - Exceptional listening skills and ability to uncover needs. - Familiarity with the Indian education system and key entrance exams is preferred.
