Role Description This job role is of a full-time on site Senior EdTech Academic Programs Counsellor at the upGrad Kolkata Learning Support Centre located in Kolkata The Senior Academic Counsellor will be responsible for learner profiling, academic & career counseling, program/course detailing, upskill advisory and sales fulfillment. Salary - ₹2.16 lacs per annum + Incentives Joining - Immediate Qualifications Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills Strong communication skills Experience in EdTech or E-learning entities Good interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with learners, faculty, and business development teams Engineering Graduate, preferably Computer Science or Post Graduate in General Science Streams or Mass Communication would only be considered.
