Senior Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities: Student Guidance and Support: Assist students in setting academic and career goals. Provide counseling on course selection, academic planning, and scheduling. Identify students' strengths, interests, and challenges to create tailored academic plans. Career and Personal Development: Conduct workshops on resume writing, career exploration, and interview preparation. Provide information on job opportunities and career trends related to academic programs. Collaborate with career services to connect students with internships and job placements. Collaboration and Communication: Work with faculty and administrators to address students' academic concerns. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians when appropriate. Organize orientation sessions and informational events for new and returning students. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Prepare reports on counseling outcomes and student success rates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
