We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Image Creative Education, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities- ensure the team meets counselling and enrolment targets.- Student Counselling: Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to understand their aspirations, apprehensions, and academic needs. Translate those insights into a personalized course fit and enrollment roadmap.- Sales & Conversion: Pitch and negotiate program value, close admissions, achieve assigned revenue targets, and track conversion metrics.- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long‑term relationships with students, parents, and faculty.- Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups, and admissions documentation. Ensure adherence to institute policies and regulatory norms.Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years experience as an Admission/Academic Counsellor in a reputed educational institution.- Graduate or Post‑graduate in any discipline.- Strong *pitching, negotiation, and closing* skills.- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, proactive with a “go‑better” attitude.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
