Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior AC Technician to oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of AC systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues efficiently and effectively. Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC Technician. Strong knowledge of AC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
