Senior A/C Technician

As a Senior AC Technician at Merzecool Systems, you will play a key role in leading complex installations, overseeing service teams, and handling advanced diagnostic and repair tasks. With your extensive experience and technical expertise, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of various AC systems, including Split, Cassette, Ductable, VRF, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include performing advanced installation and servicing of AC systems, leading and supervising junior technicians during on-site jobs, troubleshooting complex electrical, refrigerant, or system-level issues, conducting final quality checks, and providing detailed reports to service managers. Additionally, you will be expected to train and guide team members on updated service protocols, maintain tools and safety procedures, and uphold professional conduct on every site. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AC installation and servicing, expertise in handling VRF systems, Ductable units, and advanced inverter technologies, as well as an ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills, customer-handling abilities, and leadership qualities are essential, along with a valid two-wheeler license.
