Senior A/C Technician

**Job Description:** As an AC Technician, your role involves a combination of installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, customer service, record-keeping, and safety adherence related to AC systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Installing new AC units and related components, including ductwork and wiring. - Performing routine maintenance checks, cleaning filters, and lubricating parts for efficient operation. - Diagnosing and repairing AC system malfunctions, replacing faulty parts, and addressing refrigerant issues. - Identifying and resolving issues with AC systems using diagnostic tools and techniques. - Communicating with customers, explaining issues, and providing recommendations for repairs or upgrades. - Maintaining accurate records of work performed and system maintenance logs. - Adhering to safety protocols and regulations when working with AC systems and refrigerants. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience as an AC Technician or similar role. - Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. - Certification in handling refrigerants (e.g., EPA 608 certification). - Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. - Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
