Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Salesman to promote and sell air conditioning products to walk-in customers and leads. The role also involves basic service coordination, product explanation, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their AC requirements

Explain product features, specifications, and pricing

Guide customers to suitable AC models based on space and budget

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Coordinate with service team for installation scheduling

Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards

Update customer data, sales logs, and reporting formats regularly

Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in retail/home appliance sales preferred

Strong communication skills and customer-handling ability

Basic understanding of air conditioning products and services

Minimum qualification: Plus Two; Degree is an advantage

Must be friendly, target-driven, and presentable
