Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must, along with knowledge of other design software like InDesign and Sketch. You should have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team, and possess a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, creativity, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. While not mandatory, basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles, familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX design, and experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp would be considered advantageous.
