Senior A/C Technician

The duties and responsibilities for this position include overseeing all HVAC- Central Plant and associated systems to ensure normal operation, optimal utilization for energy conservation, and maintenance of guest comfort. You will be responsible for maintaining and recording necessary information related to HVAC system breakdowns and power wastage, promptly reporting these issues to the Chief Engineer/Shift Engineer for corrective action to minimize breakdowns and improve efficiency. Building positive relationships with operational team members and MEP teams is crucial to controlling HVAC breakdowns and expenses. Additionally, you will be expected to train internal MEP teams on HVAC systems to enhance their ability to support and respond to emergency breakdowns efficiently, thus reducing downtime and increasing HVAC system efficiency. Implementing key result areas (KRAs) for career growth and management satisfaction, conducting TPM/PPM/Repairs as per schedules and directives, and planning and providing optimal HVAC comforts to meet guest and management expectations are further responsibilities. The prerequisites for this role include a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, a degree or diploma with specialization in Mechanical/HVAC/Marine Engineering, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
