Senior A/C Technician

As an experienced technician, your role will involve repairing and maintaining washers, dryers, and small appliances. You will also be responsible for planning, monitoring, installing, and adjusting various heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment using an energy management system. Your duties will include troubleshooting, maintaining, modifying, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation and energy conservation. This will entail working on components such as chillers, heat exchangers, fans, pumps, and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances - Plan, monitor, install, and adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment - Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems and equipment - Install mechanical systems including piping and modifications to existing cooling systems - Utilize and update blueprints, technical manuals, and other resources effectively - Monitor work by external contractors for compliance with code requirements Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment - Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals - Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial systems - Journeyman level mechanic certification Please note that this job offers benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
