Job Title: AC Servicing and Installation Technician Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Company: Real Cool Experience- 0 - 2 years Salary Range: 6000-16000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Real Cool is a authorised Blue star Dealer seeking a motivated and skilled AC Servicing and Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning units for residential and commercial clients. You will be provided with hands-on training to ensure you can handle the various types of AC systems with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities:  Install, service, and repair various types of air conditioning units (ductable split, package and VRF system..  Diagnose and troubleshoot AC problems effectively and efficiently.  Ensure all installations are completed according to manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.  Perform routine maintenance services, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and verifying unit performance.  Provide excellent customer service  Document work performed and update job records accurately.  Follow safety guidelines while working on electrical components, refrigerants, and machinery.  Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality service. Skills & Qualifications:  Experience: 0-2 years in AC servicing or related technical fields. Freshers are also welcome to apply and will receive on-the-job training.  Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and HVAC concepts (training will be provided).  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.  Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
