Senior ABAP Consultant

As a Senior ABAP Consultant at Systems+, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to consultants and client personnel on SAP ABAP development best practices. Your role will involve leading analysis and design sessions to gather, define, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, as well as developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions to meet client business needs. You will also be managing and leading the design, development, and delivery of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development, implementation, and strong working experience in Fiori, OData services, BAPIs, and BADIs. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), as well as experience with Core Data Services (CDS) views, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and SAP Workflow is essential. Moreover, demonstrable experience and a high degree of knowledge in SAP S4/HANA is required. In addition to technical skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are important for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and possess client-facing skills are also desired qualities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with SAP Certification in ABAP development and experience with SAP integration technologies and functional modules, would be advantageous.
