Key Responsibilities

The daily tasks of a 3D visualizer typically include:

• 3D Modeling: Creating detailed 3D models from 2D architectural drawings, sketches, or CAD files.
• Texturing and Materials: Applying realistic textures, materials, and color balances to surfaces and objects to enhance realism.
• Lighting and Composition: Setting up virtual lighting, camera angles, and composition to create visually compelling and accurate scenes, much like a photographer would.
• Rendering: Utilizing rendering engines to produce high-resolution still images, animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality (VR) experiences.
• Post-Production: Performing image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations using photo-editing software to enhance the final output.
• Collaboration: Working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure the final visuals align with the design intent and client vision.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit.
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape.
• Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom.
• Artistic Skills: A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, light theory, and composition.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
