Semi Qualified CS

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Semi-Qualified CS, providing you with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diversified corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices. Your working hours will be from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with the compensation package based on your knowledge, experience, and expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Clearing CS Executive from ICSI is a must - Having 2+ years of experience is required - Experience in preferential allotment, private placement, ESOP, structuring, Merger & amalgamation, listing compliance, routine compliance under the Companies Act, communication with regulatory authorities, NBFC compliance, etc. is preferred - Candidates from PCS firm only are eligible - Proficiency in using MS Office is necessary - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected - Ability to work independently with attention to detail is essential Qualification Required: - Must have cleared CS Executive from ICSI - Should have 2+ years of experience, with preference given to those with specific experience in various compliance areas - Candidate from PCS firm only - Proficient in using MS Office - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with attention to detail If you are interested or know someone who fits the role, please send your resume to hr@affluence.net.in.,
