We are seeking a Semi-Qualified CS to become a part of our team. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals aspiring to become Company Secretaries, where you can acquire practical experience in a wide range of corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and be available to work from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. The compensation package will be determined based on your knowledge, experience, and expertise. To be eligible for this position, you must have successfully cleared CS Executive from ICSI. Candidates with over 2 years of experience, particularly in areas such as preferential allotment, private placement, ESOP, structuring, Merger & amalgamation, listing compliance, routine compliance under the Companies Act, communication with regulatory authorities, NBFC compliance, etc., will be given preference. Candidates from PCS firms are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
