Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end

    Company Secretarial work.

  • Assisting in

    statutory compliances

    under the Companies Act and allied corporate laws.
  • Working knowledge of

    IBC matters

    and proceedings before

    NCLT / NCLAT.

  • Drafting, filing, and managing ROC forms and documentation.
  • Client handling

    and coordination with authorities.

Required Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of

    Company Law and Corporate Compliance.

  • Working knowledge of

    IBC & NCLT matters.

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office tools

    (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
