Description:

Join our team as a Semi Qualified Company Secretary and embark on a rewarding journey in corporate governance and compliance.

As a Semi Qualified, you will assist our experienced Company Secretary in various administrative and legal tasks, ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role offers valuable hands-on experience, the opportunity to learn from experts, and a path toward becoming a qualified Company Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in organizing and documenting board meetings and resolutions for Private limited companies and Public Limited Companies.

2. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
3. Conduct legal and regulatory research to ensure Companies Act, RBI compliance and other applicable law compliance.
4. Prepare and file statutory reports and returns.
5. Contribute to the overall growth of your professional skills in corporate secretarial work.

Experience:

Minimum one year of experience as semi-qualified and well-versed knowledge of company law and RBI compliance.

Qualification

: Pursuing the Company Secretary course and has completed the Management training.
