Job Title: Semi-Qualified Accountant / Audit Assistant (3 to 7 years of experience)

CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Accountants / Audit Assistants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting and auditing practices, preferably in a CA firm environment, and will be proficient with accounting software, ITR filing, GST reconciliations, and advanced Excel tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements for clients.
• Manage and execute audits and other accounting tasks under the supervision of senior auditors.
• Handle GST returns and ensure timely GST reconciliations.
• Conduct and manage ITR filing for individual and corporate clients.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Use accounting software for preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Prepare, maintain, and update various financial records and reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and auditing tasks.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Semi-qualified CA / Inter-CA or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, returns, and reconciliations.
• Experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
