Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Semarchy MDM Consultant/Developer to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM and a deep understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, data integration, and data governance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Semarchy xDM. Develop and configure data models, entities, match & merge rules, workflows, and data validations within the Semarchy platform. Integrate Semarchy with various data sources (ETL tools, APIs, databases). Collaborate with business analysts and data stewards to gather requirements and implement effective MDM strategies. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across business domains. Create documentation for technical designs, data flows, configurations, and operational processes. Monitor and optimize MDM performance and troubleshoot issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM development and configuration. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi) is a plus. Understanding of MDM domains like Customer, Product, Supplier, etc. Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, data profiling, and data quality tools is an advantage.
