Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEM Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads. You’ll work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze campaign data, and derive actionable insights
• Maximize ROI from paid search campaigns using performance-based strategies
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign results
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and provide accurate monthly cost estimations
• Optimize ad copies and landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rates
• Expand, refine, and manage keyword strategies to improve overall campaign effectiveness
• Conduct competitor research and analyze their paid strategies, keywords, and landing pages

Who Should Apply:

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in paid media marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Individuals with a strong understanding of PPC, SEM strategy, and performance marketing metrics
• Analytical and detail-oriented professionals with good communication and reporting skills
• Residents of Navi Mumbai or those willing to work from our Kharghar office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
