Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Officer specializing in Gold Loans. The Sales Officer will be responsible for processing and underwriting gold loan applications, providing excellent customer service, and managing loan origination processes. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, conducting credit checks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to offer tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Officers, Loan Origination, and Underwriting
• Strong background in Finance
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in finance or banking are an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of local market conditions and regulations
