Job Description

Role Overview: At BMC, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where you can thrive. As a part of the Technology and Automation team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for our sales enablement platform. Your responsibilities will include managing the content management system, generating reports, and ensuring the platform's efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain custom pages on the sales enablement platform - Manage incidents and tickets logged by end-users via the Helpdesk system/Emails - Maintain user groups and data tables - Manage inventory of inactive users and offboard them following a set process - Monitor content libraries for misplacements and taxonomy issues - Generate reports to provide insights on platform functionalities and user adoptability - Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation - Research, test, and implement new tools and solutions to improve productivity and user experience - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT teams Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience with any CMS platforms, Seismic preferred - Basic understanding of report generation - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - UI/UX knowledge (desirable) - Knowledge of Basic HTML/CSS (desirable) - Ability to learn quickly and deliver on commitments in a dynamic environment - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Team player mindset with customer-service skills - Passion for helping others succeed and creativity in communicating ideas - Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while engaging others for support and input Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.,
