Your role will involve conducting market research, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with the extended Marketing and Sales teams. Your key responsibilities will include project management, content creation, market trend analysis, and managing communication channels to strengthen MetricStreams brand presence and engagement. You will be expected to set up fundamental blocks using marketing automation tools like HubSpot & Zoho, collaborate with the extended team in launching complex email campaigns, work on email marketing best practices, create process documents to share the performance of various email marketing programs, and report email KPIs. Additionally, you will be required to provide recommendations on improving campaign effectiveness, make necessary adjustments, and manage contacts list efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of B2B email marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, a strong understanding of end-to-end email marketing operations, excellent communication skills, expertise in market research, and project management skills. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Campaigns, and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of GRC products will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include hands-on email campaign execution, automated lead nurturing workflows, ABM execution, A/B and multivariate testing, QA and compliance, detailed reporting, and proficiency in various marketing tools.
