Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct seed viability, germination, purity, and dormancy testing.
  • Support seed processing, packaging, and storage projects.
  • Develop seed enhancement techniques and treatments.
  • Ensure compliance with national seed standards and certification guidelines.
  • Maintain quality assurance and batch tracking documentation.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of seed biology, processing, and technology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISTA, OECD, NSC).
  • Strong observational, documentation, and lab management skills.
