Seed Quality Manager

📍 Location: Nacharam🏢 Department: Quality Assurance / Seed Production📑 Reports To: Managing Director / Director – Sales & Marketing / Plant Manager🎓 Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science / Agronomy / Horticulture / Biology (Master’s preferred)* Minimum 3–5 years experience in seed quality management or equivalent* Strong knowledge of seed production processes, testing methods, QA standards🛠️ Skills Required* Strong analytical & problem-solving ability* Excellent verbal & written communication* Proficiency in data analysis & QA software* Leadership & cross-functional team handling* Sound knowledge of regulatory & safety compliance🏅 Certifications (Preferred)• ISO, Six Sigma & Seed Technology Certifications🧭 Key Responsibilities* Develop & implement quality assurance protocols* Conduct sampling, inspections & testing* Maintain records & prepare quality reports* Collaborate with production & R&D teams* Lead quality improvement initiatives* Supplier quality management* Ensure regulatory compliance* Training & Development 🌾 About Siri SeedsWith a pioneering presence of over two decades, Siri Seeds is dedicated to delivering quality seeds through innovation, research, and sustainable agricultural practices, empowering farmers across India.📩
