Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team responsible for managing and supporting a global guarding services account that operates in over 30 countries. This account is for an industry-leading datacenter organization, and the focus is on delivering top-notch solutions through various teams including Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. - Lead, coach, and manage security officers, responders, and control room staff at the site - Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in partnership with the local branch - Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and audit standards - Act as a responder or control room supervisor as necessary - Monitor and maintain on-site security systems such as CCTV and access control - Track performance metrics, ensure KPIs are met, handle documentation and incident reports - Support audits, inspections, and safety reviews - Serve as the point of contact for the site in the absence of the Campus Security Manager - Proactively identify and address safety or security issues We are seeking candidates with: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in security or business operations - Demonstrated team management skills - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Experience working in a datacenter or with security technologies - Customer service mindset Joining our team will offer you an opportunity to work in a high-performing and collaborative environment where your contributions will be valued.
