Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of 23 technicians for daily maintenance and installation tasks.
System Maintenance: Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems.
Construction Support: Coordinate security system setup during ongoing plant construction and ensure compliance with safety standards.
System Upgrades: Manage configuration and upgrades for NVR/DVR systems, access control servers, and user permissions.
Vendor Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors for timely completion of security system projects.
Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, incident reports, and compliance records.
Emergency Response: Lead quick response to alarms, system failures, and security incidents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, facility management, and EHS teams to align security measures with operational needs.
