Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and security management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of security measures.
Provide training and guidance to security staff on emergency response and first aid procedures.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with emergency response and first aid procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
