Security Supervisor

· Develops and maintains standard procedures for proper functioning of the department.

· To ensure smooth function on floors, OT, ICUs & other departments at visiting time or call as per the staff’s request.

· To keep a check on material issued and indent accordingly.

· To renew ‘Security Agency Agreement’ per year as per the ‘Security Guard Board’

· Delegation of duties through weekly rota and allocation of duty points.

· To train all staff through induction, briefing, marching, crowd control, fire fighting, customer service, emergency reporting, etc.

· Not allowing unauthorized person, out side food & Flowers.

· Help to transport emergency patient from Ambulance to casualty.

· In the absence of house keeping staff organize wheel chair for OPD or Casualty patients

· Utilized knowledge, skills & techniques in case of fire emergency.

· To write reports of daily activities & irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, Lost & found, incidents, all material movements, physical movement, Keys movement and courier records which occurring during working time.

· To deploy experienced security guards from security agency.

· Regular patrolling of hospital property and buildings.

· Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

· Assistance to employees and visitors with problems.

· Safeguarding hospital as well as individual property.

· Traffic control (visitors) during emergency and normal operation.

· Ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.·

Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.·

Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

· Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.· Screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas, safeguard and monitor visitors from theft or violence in the premises.

· As part of the job profile, the security guard closely monitors the visitors as well as the property. Also, monitor the entry and exit of visitors & employees.

· In case of fire and other emergencies, the guard should able to handle at his level or involved higher authorities and outside agencies like fire brigade or police.

· Control pay and parking service for visitors.

· Generating hospital revenue through selling scrap materials.

· Celebration of National Days like 15th August & 26th January.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
