Human Resource Document Job Description Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Security & Fire Services Security Job Title: Department: Reporting To: Job Objective: Job Responsibilities: Head of the Department Plan and manage all aspects of security in the hospital Leadership • • • • Keep the moral of the team at its peak / lead from front Have positive attitude, Ability to handle stress Honest and loyal to the management Towards Staff/Patients/Visitors • • To assist HOD in implementing all security procedure. To ensure enforcement of policies introduced for safety of staff /vendors / VIP / patients / visitors etc. • • • • • Liaison with police / fire department and other government officials Ensure the smooth functioning of the parking management To carry out investigations Organize the training of security staff / employees Grievance handling of outsources staff. Material and Building Safety • Ensure that firefighting equipment / CCTV are in place and ready for use in case of emergency. • • • Ensure the security and safety of the hospital and report all damage to HOD. Conduct / organize internal audit. Prepare SOP for security and other departments (if needed) Desirable Qualification: Graduate / Experience in Hospitality Security / Ex. Serviceman A minimum of 15 years of experience in security functions. Desirable Experience: Date: Signature of the HOD Signature of HR Head Signature of Employee & Id
