Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security & Safety Manager at Taj Hotels in Jaipur. The Security & Safety Manager will oversee all aspects of occupational health, safety, and environment management, ensuring a safe and secure hotel environment for guests and employees. Core responsibilities include setting and implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, performing accident investigations, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role demands collaboration with multiple departments to ensure operational safety and security are seamlessly integrated.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Occupational Health, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Industrial Safety
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Training and managing safety-related programs
• Experience in Accident Investigation and implementing corrective actions
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to establish and maintain safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• BA from Rajasthan University and completed ADCA in computer science from IGNOU
• Total 20 years experience of hotel industry.
