Position: Security Officer

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 1015 Years

Security Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations at our premises in Noida. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property through effective supervision and coordination of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards and staff.

* Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.

* Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.

* Monitor CCTV systems and access control points.

* Manage incident reports and take corrective actions when required.

* Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of security activities.

* Train and brief security personnel on emergency response procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 1015 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or real estate security management.

* Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

* Experience in handling electronic surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).

* Prior experience in the armed forces or security agencies will be an advantage.

* Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.

* Security or safety management certification will be an added advantage.
