Security Officer

Role & responsibilities - Implement comprehensive security strategies and action plans. Ensure safety compliance, complete mandatory training, and lead hazard hunts. Foster a culture of safety and responsibility among the security and support team. Key skills required- Strengthen security measures, mitigate risks, and enhance perimeter security. Conduct risk assessments, manage materials flow, oversee CCTV & fencing installation, and ensure timely procurement. Ensure safety compliance, conduct training, lead hazard hunts, and coordinate with external agencies. Support ICON security personnel and promote safety culture among drivers and staff. Implement digital security systems, GPS tracking, and software for visitor management & incident reporting.
