Must Have Qualifications: 10+ years total experience in software development & delivery, with 3+ years as a Technical Project/Program Manager. Proven track record launching B2B/B2C SaaS products or cloud based platforms end to end. Solid foundation in software engineering (B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT or equivalent). Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Working familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP). Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions and report progress. Exceptional written & verbal communication; able to influence technical and non technical audiences. Preferred Skills & Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI ACP, CSM or equivalent agile/project management certification. Experience scaling multi tenant SaaS platforms, subscription billing, and usage based pricing models.
