Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:Access Control & Monitoring Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Verify identification and maintain visitor logs. Ensure only authorized personnel are allowed on premises. Patrolling & Surveillance Conduct regular patrols around buildings, perimeter, and sensitive areas. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems. Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches. Incident Management Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents. Assist in fire drills, evacuations, and emergency procedures. Record and report incidents accurately in daily log books or reports. Asset Protection Prevent theft, vandalism, and damage to company property. Check vehicles and materials entering or leaving the premises. Support loss prevention activities. Customer & Staff Assistance Provide directions and assistance to employees and visitors. Maintain courteous and professional behavior at all times. Support HR/admin team in maintaining order during events or large gatherings. Qualifications & Experience:Education: Minimum High School / 10th Pass (or equivalent). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in security services (industrial, commercial, or residential). Preferred: Ex-Servicemen or trained security personnel from a recognized security agency. Skills & Competencies:Strong observation and alertness. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures. Physically fit and disciplined. Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly to situations. Working Conditions:Rotational shifts (Day/Night). May be required to work weekends or holidays. Standing and patrolling for extended periods. Remuneration:As per company policy / Minimum Wages Act. Feedback from supervisors and staff.
