Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. The role involves monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, disturbances, or hazards.
• Control access points and verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats.
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and security-related events.
• Escort visitors, employees, or valuables when required.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Operate security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and communication equipment.
• Provide assistance during evacuations, drills, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Minimum [X] education (High school diploma or equivalent).
• [Security license/PSARA license] as per local/state regulations.
• Basic first aid training (preferred).

Work Conditions:

• Shift-based work (day/night/weekends).
• Indoor and outdoor duties depending on site requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,775.13 per month
